Privacy policy

Nothing at all if you simply browse scores, fixtures, results, standings, teams or player pages. No account is needed and we do not track you across other sites.

Account details if you sign in as a club official or administrator: your email address, a display name, and the role granted to you. Authentication is handled by our hosting provider on our behalf.

A notification token if you turn on score alerts in the app. This is an anonymous identifier issued by Apple or Google for your device, stored alongside the clubs you chose to follow. It is not linked to your name and cannot be used to identify you.

Account details are used only to check whether you are allowed to record scores or manage roles. Notification tokens are used only to deliver the match alerts you asked for. Match, team and player information you enter as an official is published publicly on the site, as you would expect from a scoring service.

We do not sell or share your details with advertisers, we run no advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not access your contacts, photos, location or microphone.

Switch alerts off on the Score alerts screen in the app, or revoke notification permission in your phone's settings. Tokens that Apple or Google report as no longer valid are deleted automatically.

Deleting the app removes your notification token from your device; ask us to delete the stored copy and we will remove it. To delete an official or administrator account, contact the club and we will remove the account, its role and its audit entries. Match results already published stay on record as part of the competition history.

The app is a public scoring service suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal details from children. Player names appear only where a club official has added them to a published team sheet.
